Check-in / Check-out:

Check-in time: From 02:00 PM
Check-out time: By 12:00 PM
Early check-in or late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

Booking & Payment:

Full payment may be required at the time of booking.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made up to 24 hours before arrival are free of charge.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the arrival date will incur a one-night charge.

No-Show Policy:

In the event of a no-show, one night’s accommodation fee will be charged.

Smoking Policy:

Smoking is prohibited inside the hotel. Designated smoking areas are provided.

Pet Policy:

Pets are not allowed, except for service animals.

Damage or Loss:

Guests are responsible for any damage or loss of property during their stay. Charges may be applied for repairs or replacements.

Hotel Liability:

The hotel is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items, except as required by law.

Guest Behavior:

Guests must respect the hotel’s code of conduct, including maintaining appropriate noise levels and following health and safety guidelines.

Privacy & Data Protection:

Personal information provided at the time of booking will be processed in accordance with the hotel’s privacy policy.

Amendments to Terms:

The hotel reserves the right to modify or amend these terms and conditions without prior notice.
